Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across every stage of life—from children and teens, to college students, adults, and older individuals navigating complex mental health needs. My roles have spanned from mentoring young adults in academic transitions to providing direct mental health care for adults facing severe mental health conditions. These experiences have deepened my belief that healing and growth are possible at any age—and that everyone deserves to feel whole and supported, no matter where they are on their journey.
I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling, along with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice. This strong academic foundation has shaped my understanding of the human mind and behavior, as well as the social systems that impact our well-being. Combined with years of experience in behavioral health, education, and outreach, I bring both clinical insight and real-world empathy to every session. Whether you’re managing anxiety, facing trauma, or trying to find your way through a life transition, my job is to help you rediscover your strength—and build the tools you need to move forward.
In my practice, psychoeducation is a cornerstone. I believe that when you understand why you feel what you feel, you gain the power to rewrite your story. Together, we’ll work to uncover the patterns holding you back and create a plan that honors your unique voice and goals.
I use evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered approaches, and mindfulness techniques always tailored to your needs. As a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), I am deeply committed to offering inclusive and culturally sensitive care to individuals and families in underrepresented communities.

I strive to make sure my clients feel not just heard, but understood and most importantly listened to while assisting them in reaching a point of security whether it’s personal, financial, relational, social, occupational, family, mental, or emotional base. My goal is to make sure that you are not only gaining personal insight with a side of psycho education throughout our sessions, but ways to get through your struggles and fulfill your wondrous life desires. By providing an inclusive safe-space for clients to be their expressive selves, I also put a treatment plan in place to help you move forward in the life you wish to lead.
The specialties that I offer consists of CBT, Narrative therapy, DBT, Solution-Focused and Trauma focused therapy for individual, couple, adolescent and children who seek therapy and want to move forward in their therapeutic journey.
When you first begin therapy, it will seem like a whirlwind of “what did I get myself into” and “am I really ready to dive this deep into these situations”, in which it will be easiest to get nervous and psych yourself out from attending your sessions. But I am here to reassure you that I will be here not only to challenge you, but walk with you along the way while we figure these issues out together. The therapeutic process is not always easy and sometimes the emotions will take over like the color white on rice, but once you see how much self discipline, determination and motivation that you accrue only by setting aside an hour of time for yourself once or twice a week- you will be overjoyed with the amount of self-progression that YOU decided to build for yourself through therapeutic modalities.
